In this episode, Hunter shares some tips for making some fast cash. 

The truth is, a lot of us get in a cash crunch from time to time. Whether it’s a surprise expense, a family member that needs help, your hours get cut unexpectedly, or maybe even an opportunity presented itself and you need to move fast to be able to take advantage of it.

Point is, sometimes you need to raise cash fast. So in this episode, we share some fast cash tips.

Fast Cash Tips

  1. Cut expenses
  2. Sell something you have
  3. Flip something (buy low, sell high)
  4. Ask for side work
  5. Provide a simple service (freelance work)
  6. Rent out something you own (like a spare bedroom in your apartment, an extra trailer hanging out in the back yard, your lawn mower to someone who is cutting grass on the side, etc.)
  7. Start a side hustle (car detailing, window washing, lawn mowing, bush trimming, pool cleaning, pressure washing, etc.)

    8. Bonus tips:

    1. Avoid going into long-term debt for short-term problems if possible… don’t load up on credit cards or max out your LOC just to get by without trying other ways to raise cash first if possible
    2. Determine if this is a short-term pinch or if this is a long-term situation, or a recurring issue. That may adjust how you try to solve the problem
    3. Figure out what the lowest-hanging fruit is to meet your objective and proceed logically
    4. Evaluate what got you in this jam to begin with, and think through what you can do to avoid this in the future
