The reconciling Grace Panel (Josh Cougle, Jason Rensner, Pete Vecchi and Don MacDonald) discuss the need to start with church when working on your mental health plan. We agreed that mental health professionals, in many cases, are needed when dealing mental health needs-but we also emphasized that church should also be an intimate part of the mental health team. (We noted that during the holiday season many approach therapist to deal with the holidays....so please remember to include the church in your schedule for mental health care.)
