Fun fact: Neel has a variety of listening options on his iPod for when he trains. But the file that motivates him the most is the MP3 of his soon-to-be-born daughter's heartbeat (she is due to arrive on May 30). At 149 beats per minute, it keeps Neel moving and smiling!
