Mental Health is a Lifestyle

Negative People can steal your Light, DON'T Listen to them!

Listen Later

Remember the saying, “Misery loves company”? Well it’s true. People who are miserable and have a Negative mindset would love for you to be miserable with them so they don’t feel alone. They live in a dark headspace that is usually based in fear and pain. It’s best to stay away from negative people and keep your goals and dreams away from them. They have a contagious spirit. Exposure to their energy and words may cause you to second guess your talents and cause you to give up on accomplishing your dreams. When you recognize that someone around you is negative, set boundaries.

In this episode, I share my personal story and challenge your thinking so that you regain a sense of stability and empowerment. Whether you're facing challenges at work, in relationships, or in personal goals, join me as I provide insights and tools to help you navigate and manage the challenges of life.

The purpose is to support men and women while giving them the tools and space to heal emotionally, psychologicallyand physiologically.
