We are often told negativity is bad, but in truth we need it. In actuality, we are hard-wired to negativity bias. Meaning we are more prone to remember negative experiences than positive ones.  A healthy dose of negativity is good for us. It keeps us safe as well as keeps us analyzing our thoughts and feelings and helps us to live our best lives.  You just can't exit in it all the time!
