Rosemary is very grateful for their success and longevity and she thought she should share her skills, experience and knowledge as a mentor and business coach for other women to reach their level of entrepreneurial success.  Hence, the creation of OWE, which is short for Only Women Entrepreneurs, where her mission is to provide business and personal development coaching to empower women entrepreneurs to excel in their businesses or non-profits, helping them to challenge and overcome societal stereotypes in male-dominated industries.
