It’s true that negotiating is a very important part of buying real estate, but being able to close the deal and getting a signed purchase offer is even more critical for your success. Today’s podcast gives you ideas how to convince sellers to accept what you are offering. I have always said you need to make offers, but if you can’t close the deal you won’t buy many houses no matter what the market conditions are.
