After reading the Law of Moses for a third time and repenting for the sins of their fathers and their own sins the Israelites in Jerusalem make binding agreement to not intermarry with other nations, to keep the Sabbath holy, to give the land a Sabbath rest and cancel debts every seventh year, to fulfil their obligations for the Temple provisions and to not neglect the house of God.
