How does God call His people to serve the LORD today?
From Nehemiah chapter 1, Biblical principles are gleaned that point to that 'God-Ordains' His people to serve the LORD for a particular people, a particular need, and a particular place of service yet today.
But how does 'God-Ordain' and call His servants?
Through Nehemiah, we see that often God confirms His calling to serve him through a 'God-given burden,' a 'God-centered prayer,' and through 'God-opened doors.'
