This week, Quinn welcomes a long-time friend, collaborator, and fellow M.Arch student at UNL, Jamie Schacher to N'stduio. Together they discuss their prototype for attainable housing, Neighbor-Type, completed in the 2020 NEw Attainable Housing Studio led by Professor Jeff Day. Jamie compares her times in typical studios verse design builds and explains the importance of showcasing your work. And listen to the end for a surprise guest on the pod! 

Neighbor-Type is a 2021 PAC College of Architecture Prize Winner and a 2021 AIA Nebraska Emerging Professional: Built & Unbuilt Merit Award Winner
