Burns Night celebrates 18th century Scottish poet Robert Burns. Every year the Celtic Ross Hotel their would host a Burns Night supper with a large gathering of 60 or 70 people. However with it being the year that it is Neil and team came up with a novel idea of putting the traditional Haggis meal in a box and selling them as ‘eat-at-home’ kits.
