Prof. Kleiman discusses his new book A New City O/S: The Power of Open, Collaborative, and Distributed Governance, in which he and co-author Stephen Goldsmith propose a new model for local governance. Karen and Neil also dive in to examples of his new model and what educational institution can do to provide a new generation of municipal leaders the tools they can use to thrive in a changing work environment.
