Delegate Neil Parrott. Born in Bethesda, Maryland, he graduated from University of Maryland, College Park, with a B.S. in civil engineering and Mt. St. Mary’s University with an MBA, and he currently owns his own traffic consulting business, Traffic Solutions Incorporated. He was elected in 2010 as a Republican Delegate representing Washington County and serves on the House Judiciary Committee. As founder of MDPetitions.com, he was the architect of efforts to help put referendums on the ballot. Del. Parrott is a stalwart conservative leader in Annapolis who was named the Republican Man of the Year in 2012. and father of three children.
