If there is one person in hospitality that doesn’t need an introduction, it’s Neil Perry. Most know him as the creator of the iconic Rockpool brand, the face of culinary for Qantas, the man who pulled of the deal of decade with the buyout by Quadrant Private Equity, to form the Urban Purveyor Group, that handsome face, and dare I say it, the ponytail.
