So after some delay, here is our review for episodes 3 and 4 of "The Penguin" series on MAX. These were a great couple of episodes and we got to see more of Victor‘s backstory and how tragic it is and we also get to see a lot more of Sophia Falcone, and what she went through in Arkham Asylum with some of the best acting we have seen.
