ELSA steht für European Law Student Association und ist genau das, ein Netzwerk von Studierenden der Rechtswissenschaften in ganz Europa. In dieser Folge befragen Michael und Katharina das neue Präsidium von ELSA, um herauszufinden, wie LegalTech und Digitalisierung bereits im Studium angekommen sind. Wir erfahren, welche Tools gerade wegen COVID in der Fernlehre eingesetzt werden, was man im Studium anders machen könnte und warum Michael viel mehr Retro ist, als er zugibt.
