Manitowoc County in Wisconsin is still up to their old tricks: "Yeah"s, racing coats, and doing anything to make sure that Brendan Dassey and Steven Avery stay in prison.  The second series followers the appeals of their lawyers and uncovers some new evidence and new suspects.
