The Nets became the first team to get bounced out of the playoffs with the Celtics sweeping Brooklyn 4-0 in the first round. In what will go down as one of the craziest and most disappointing seasons of all time, the Nets couldn’t muster a win in the series. Kevin Durant turned things on in this one, dropping 39 points on 13-31 shooting, but they weren’t able to get enough out of the rest of the squad and Boston was able to stave off a late-game charge by Brooklyn.
