Network 1901 Relaunch on July 22nd!
Some of you may have already seen or heard but as of July 9th, 2018, Dale is no longer a part of Network 1901. We wish him the best of luck on his new livestreaming endeavor which you can find at twitch.com/dale_knows but this is definitely not the end of Network 1901.
In fact, we are looking to produce higher quality content that serves our mission to talk about Disney, its affiliates, and everything that falls under the Disney umbrella so that we can create discussion, exploration, creativity, community, and inspiration with history, science, culture, and fandom.
We’ve strayed away from that mission over the last few months and we understand concerns. That is why we will be taking a short break and relaunching on Sunday, July 22nd, 2018. We will continue to have 3 podcasts a week with Modern Mouse Radio coming out on Wednesdays, our serials will continue on Fridays which includes the current Marvel Comic show Issue #1, and we will be debuting a brand new show on Mondays to replace the DCC. That show, hosted by Shannon and co-hosted by Josh and Angie will still touch on news, but will be more about building community and focusing on people, places, and events that will hopefully involve you even more into our community.
On our YouTube channel we will be bringing back our live show on Sunday evenings which will have Josh and Angie returning along with Shannon each week. The live show will take a singular topic and open it up to our live chat as well as be our chance to answer questions and take suggestions from our community. Then our short form videos will come out twice a week, moving to Tuesdays and Thursdays.
That means, if you are subscribed to both YouTube and the podcast feed, you’ll be getting content from us 6 days a week starting July 22nd. That doesn’t even include the extras on Patreon which we will still be delivering on a weekly basis.
You’ll be seeing artwork change over the next few weeks in preperation and an updated website so feel free to dive around into some of our older content and we will see you for our relaunch on Sunday, July 22nd!
