Finding people was never the real problem. The real issue is visibility- them being aware of you and what you do and more specifically visibility with the right people. When visibility drops everything feels harder; your posts don't reach new people, your DMs feel awkward, conversations stall and while your warm market tends to burn out your audience stops growing. But here's the good news; visibility is not a personality trait, it's a system and once you have the right system everything else starts working again.
