At just the age of 16, and only shooting shotgun competitively for 1 year, these guys have it dialed in to grab the attention of not only the veteran men & women shooters around their gun club, but ranking on a national scale. 

Impressive is an understatement when describing Jack & Tyler. 

They have given up a lot in the past 12 months to be able to live out this passion, practice every day their club is open, attend high school full time, work a part time job, and compete every weekend. When asked how they’ve become so good they respond with a humble answer wise beyond their years. These guys are true inspirations and excellent representations of the ideal sportman.

“You catch king salmon in the rivers… in June and July????”

Salmon fever is here as September is upon us! 

This time of year is when the migratory giants come in from the oceans all the way back to where they were born about 3-4 years prior and spawn. AMAZING creatures! 

Anglers come from all over to get their chance at landing a 30lb.+ leaper in the tight rivers. Prime salmon run in Michigan is mid September, however, our guests today say the best salmon fishing has already come and gone by then!

The term "camping" has a broad definition depending on who you are speaking with.

A professional builder and veteran himself, Soule Gibson, has now decided to dedicate his time, money, and personal network to helping military personnel overcome challenges they face after experiencing past military conflicts through outdoor therapy with Fins & Feathers Foundation.
He is no doctor, but Soule was mind blown by the growing numbers of returning vets struggling with PTSD, depression, or related challenges while trying to get resettled with civilian life.

Although Fins & Feathers is in its first year being open, and as Soule puts it, “just a foot off the ground”, they have already helped several military families and individuals make great memories. 

Let’s come together and help them reach their first-year goal of completing 45 trips for veterans.
