Networking is so important as we move through our careers and our lives.

People often say "it's not what you know, it's who you know" and you can influence who you know by going to events and being in rooms with other amazing humans.

I know from experience going to your first few networking events can be nerve racking, so in this episode I go through some things you can do before, during and after the event to work through your nerves and get the most out of the event!
