At Life After IEPs, Mary Mazzoni offers information and resources for youth and families as they plan for the future. Since 2003, she's provided transition training and consultation for adult service agencies, teachers and IEP teams. Mary is a certified special education teacher with a Master of Education in Developmental Disabilities. By collaborating with students, parents, schools, agencies, colleges, and businesses, she's developed new opportunities for kids to prepare for work and postsecondary education. She's passionate about empowering youth to build the life they desire.
