Dr. Kenneth Nowack is a highly accomplished psychologist, neuroscientist, researcher and author. He serves as the President/Chief Research Officer of Envisia Learning, Inc. and also the developer of a new behavior change platform called Talent Accelerator, which designed to help coaches, consultants and trainers more effectively facilitate learning transfer and successful habit/behavior change while providing a feature to measure ROI.

In addition, Ken is a member of the Consortium for Research on Emotional Intelligence in Organizations and has conducted research and published extensively in the areas of 360° feedback, leadership, health psychology, survey research, assessment and coaching. We’ll talk about the intersection of science and leadership, and how understanding the neuroscience behind psychological safety and trust can help retain talent and sustain high performance within organizations.
