Often we think fruit is loaded with sugar because it’s sweet. The difference is they are loaded with natural sugars that are good for the body and produce energy.
Oils are tricky. You can make the healthiest dish unhealthy in a hurry. As we outlined in episode 8, stick to a vegetable broth or cook with water. This will ensure that you’re capturing all the nutrients from your food.
