You've been looking forward to taking time off for weeks....or months...maybe even years. Then, the time comes and you find yourself anxious, worried or stressed? What's going on here? Let's look at 3 reasons
1. Daily practice ahead of time- most people tell themselves they will relax once they are on vacation - but our brains don't work like that. Instead, practice turning off work and taking breaks now.
2. Check your expectations - you and your people will bring their brains with them on vacation
3. Decide on purpose your rules for vacation - do you WANT to unplug the whole time? For a few days? Every night? Why?
