Warren Buffett has long said to "Never bet against America," and he has long been right. He said it as recently as the 2021 Berkshire Hathaway Shareholder Meeting, so his views have changed little on the efficacy of investing in America's best companies over time. I agree with him, and though I do have non-American investments, if you asked me the one place I would put all of my money if I had to choose, it would be in American companies through the S&P 500.
