It feels like you've failed when you try to share important information, but the listener refuses to pay attention, or, worse, totally rejects what you are saying. This is especially true when someone rejects the Gospel. We proclaim the good news of Jesus because we want others to know his love. When people are disinterested in God's Word, it feels like we've failed. This week's epiphany: rejection is not proof of failure.
