In this episode I speak to Becky and Edel who are both teachers in the UK and we talk about mental health awareness from a teachers point a view as well as the amazing work being done at Heads Above The Waves ( HATW) a . mental health charity working with young people to  provide help and support to people affected and those close to them. 

There's lots of links between the work HATW do and my current project #Habitsandmindsets and we're in talks right now of doing some collaboration.
