Monday morning rolls around and you look at your phone and see many different red notification icons.  There is a red icon on your texting app, one on your email app, and a couple on your Planning Center app.  As you begin to work your way through your communication and replying process, you start to notice that you use many different ways to communicate with people and store information.    

Then it happens, you are sitting in a staff meeting and after someone has just asked a question you respond “We have already talked about that.”  You grab your laptop and start to search for the email thread that you swear has the conversation.  Then you grab your phone and look through your texts.    

Nowhere.  Can’t find it at all.   

But you KNOW you had that conversation!
