The Renaissance period , was a fervent period of European cultural, artistic, political and economic “rebirth” following the Middle Ages. Generally described as taking place from the 14th century to the 17th century, the Renaissance promoted the rediscovery of classical philosophy, literature and art. It had artists , that were going through mental issues and emotional heartbreaks and also there were some who wrote about nature love and philosophy. In this very episode we took over one of the poets of this era , THOMAS CAMPION and his poem , NEVER LOVE UNLESS YOU CAN and tried to take out a little more of it . The poem is based on the theme of emotional breakdown and relationship . This poem was published , in 16th century , and discusses the characteristic trait of the male side .
