I'm joined on this Episode by a Charlestown, MA fitness instructor who, by way of her authenticity has been able to create a following, a community of not just moms like her, but others who can see her passion for what she does.

During our conversation, Jen shares how she left the corporate world as she felt the pull to fitness. And in her own words, "has never looked back". She's continued her career in health & wellness through the birth of her two sons and yes, even a pandemic.

She shares the story of how she saw a need for kids, moms and people in general to reconnect with movement & community in a safe way over these many months and hopes for the future as we head into 2021!
