I often hear high performers and business leaders speak of growth and separation because they are "Never Satisfied" or "Never Content"
While I believe there is definitely advantages around this mindset, I also see many others going down a vicious cycle where they never aren't appreciative of what they currently have and thus end up losing it because they are constantly focused on the next thing.
