When Lovell finished high school, it was the happiest day of his life and he had zero desire to go to college.
Decades later, Lovell has a BSc in Electrical Engineering, multiple Masters degrees, certifications, a business owner for 15 years and now returned to Corporate America as a FinTech Executive managing IT Transformation & Generative (Gen) AI Business Initiatives, Implementation, and Programs.
Lovell is an inspiring example of “your career journey isn’t linear” and the power of quality connections, community and networking.
