Those who are blessed in years inevitably look back and wonder how time moved so quickly. That moment came for me recently. I marked the fiftieth year I’ve been active in pro-life advocacy. The occasion brings back a flood of memories as I reflect on the absolute honor it’s been to work in the pro-life movement. My initiation to the abortion issue was a persuasive speech my senior year of high school nineteen seventy five. Roe v Wade was two years old, so I chose the topic of abortion. Afterward the class unanimously opposed abortion. God used it to light a fierce passion in my heart to seek justice for America’s unborn babies. Pro-life education is the foundation on which we build legislative and political victories. So, let’s never stop defending life.
