A new group called Secure Vote Utah wants to take us back to a simpler time. These are some of the 25 changes they are proposing: Vote by Mail is prohibited, except under the provisions for absentee, emergency, or military. Early voting is repealed (except for emergency, or military/ overseas voting). And voting must occur at the polls on election day.
