HAPPY NEW YEAR! 

Welcome back to the first episode of 2021... I know we are all keen for this year to be better than 2020... so lets make it that way!

January is all about Mental Health and Wellbeing. Such an important time for us to reflect on what we can do to enhance our lives and the lives of those around us. 

I am chatting with the one and only... Katie Marshall, my amazing big sister!! We all have someone we have missed this year, and for me it's not being able to see my sister, as she lives in Italy. 

We are catching up about living abroad; what it's really like; how you can do this too; and where we are heading this year.

Between the laughs, there are some valuable lessons we can take from Katie and her adventurous ways. And as always we have our CONFESSIONS...  xx
