New Beginnings

The Wellness Solution is a podcast for encouragement, guidance, education and a safe place to be uniquely you. It was created out of a strong desire to help curious minded people gain a better understanding of the LGBTQIA+ community. It was created for the friends and family of loved ones who are part of the community so that they can be better advocates and allys. Even more importantly this podcast was created for my courageous, fabulous and beautiful clients as an extension for our nutrition sessions and as a platform where they too can share what's on their mind.
