We’ve all either had to start over, got to start over, or wanted to start over. Whatever the circumstances, we looked at starting over from one of two ways. It was either the best thing or the worst thing, nothing else. 

In this episode we shine a little light on starting over and new beginnings. We don’t like to let our past hold us down or our future hold us back. We talk about living a life we’re proud of and making a new start if we’re not. We close with a brief strength mantra meditation to help us successfully make it through anything we may be going through.
