In this episode, Kelvin Prescott talks to Ian Fishwick about the work of the Cabinet Office's SME Panel and, in particular, the new Core Terms that CCS are starting to use for future frameworks and CDP procurements.
The new terms are written in everyday English and have been reduced down considerably. Importantly, whilst these new Core Terms are being tested out in the new Facilities Management Framework, they are being planned to be used for the replacement of RM1045, Network Services next year. Whilst still in review, we are inviting members to comment ahead of the framework design. The new terms can be found here - Core Terms Final v2.9
