This week saw five Democrats sworn in to statewide office, including Attorney General Josh Kaul, Lt. Gov. Mandela Barnes and Gov. Tony Evers. There was some talk in the state Capitol between parties about the possibility of cooperation. But there was also early signs of disagreement, not to mention a fair bit of legal maneuvering.
