Hi! I'm Pam Chavez. I love having purpose-driven conversations about the hard stuff and how it ultimately leads to growth. My fave peeps are the ones who speak their truth. Not those that put up the facade of perfection. 

Why am I qualified to do this? I've spend the last ten years facing hard truths and opening conversations around them. It's really cathartic! I spent a year backpacking the world, combat Army Vet (never saw that coming), graduated culinary school, became a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, a published author, launched a biz and went back for a BS in Marketing.
