I recruited two new employee's this week. Or so I thought. One of them lasted two days and this has effected my confidence. Is this my fault? Did I do or say something I shouldn't have? Should I have approached training differently? Or may be I did everything right and it was my new recruit that should have taken a different course of action. Whether it's my fault or not, one thing is known for sure; this has left me questioning my working practices and doubting if I'm going about this the right way. In this weeks episode I'll be running through all the thoughts in my head. I have more questions than answers.
