Our guest, Mark Colligs (@craftcouple), has been brewing since the 90's and helped build Southern Barrel Brewing. He is currently building out a hop yard in Pennsylvania that includes a 7 barrel brew house. He recently took a trip to New England touring a dozen breweries.
Diversity in craft beer is improving but has a long way to go. We struggle a bit to solve all the worlds problems. A bunch of white guys discussing diversity, what can go wrong?
