Real Abortion News #150 - Originally aired November 2020
Recent testimonies by abortionists reveal that babies born alive during abortion procedures are either executed or left to die by withholding medical care. Similarly, other infants born prematurely or with disabilities have been denied care at hospitals against the will of their parents. Trump’s Executive Order on Protecting Vulnerable Newborn Children requires Health and Human Services (HHS) to investigate complaints of violations of federal laws like the Born-Alive Infants Protection Act, already requiring treatment for infants whose parents sought it but were denied. Hospitals [mb1] and other medical providers like abortionists [mb2] who deny life-saving care to infants born alive face criminal penalties. In response to this order HHS Secretary Alex Azar said that the mission of HHS is “to protect the health and well-being of all Americans…including infants born prematurely and…with disabilities.”

[mb1]Can this be clarified? Does it require treatment from the outset or is it simply an avenue for seeking justice after care has already been denied? Somehow the wording confuses me.
[mb2]Can this be rephrased so abortionists are not being called “medical providers”?
