IL GOP Leader Jim Durkin introduced two new bills that would ban the state treasurer from investing any money into any type of instrument tied to Russia and also will ban any type of Russian interest in our state pension fund. There is also another bill being introduced to welcome Ukrainians into the state. He joins John Howell to discuss.
