If you ever had to change toner in a printer, if you ever had to wait five minutes for the first print of the day, HP Small Business has some new answers in a faster, smaller color Laserjet. I am in New York City at the HP press event to check out these sleek new printers.
New, Smaller HP LaserJet Color Printers
The new series of printers include the Color LaserJet Pro M252, LaserJet Pro MFP M277 and the HP Color LaserJet Enterprise M552 and M553. Each of these printers is geared toward everything from the small business to the Enterprise workplace.
The best part is they are smaller than their predecessor. The M252 is 33 percent smaller itself. The size now allows you to put the printer in new areas – maybe even in a cabinet under the desk.
Wake Up Call for Printers – with Duplex

If you ever had to wait for a laser printer to wake up, then wait no more. The new Color LaserJet series is 40% faster in waking up to print. Your jobs will be ready by time you get to the printer.

These new LaserJet printers solve that problem. They are 40% faster on the front side and back side of the print.
ColorSphere 3 Toner – No Mess with New Secure Toner System
HP ColorSphere3 toner gives you consistent professional results in the higher speed prints. The new soft core melts at lower temps, resulting in the printer not heating up as older models do.
HP reinvents the toner to get rid of those orange pull tabs that could pull toner all over you and the room. The new system keeps all toner in the cartridge.
Finally, the cartridges include anti-fraud technology so you don’t put a counterfeit cartridge into your system. Once the cartridge is inserted, it cannot be put into another machine – keeping internal theft down.
HP Private Print and Cloud Services for the Small Business
These HP ColorJet printers now allow everyone to print securely to the cloud. Send documents and photos via your iOS and Android devices, or just manage what is in your queue.
The JetAdvantage Private Print secures your print jobs to your queue. The data is encrypted and will only print with your login credentials or via your key card placed a few millimeters above the reader.
These new LaserJet Printers will be available on April 1st. Pricing will be available soon.
