Starting off at Eastern Monmouth, surf heights are looking at 2 to 3 feet today with a moderate rip current risk. The UV index is very high, so don't forget your sunscreen! Expect partly sunny skies with a high temperature around 70 degrees. Winds will be increasing to around 15 mph in the afternoon, so get ready for some breezy conditions.

Now, heading over to Coastal Ocean, similar conditions with 2 to 3 feet surf height and a moderate rip current risk. The water temperature is in the mid-50s, and we've got areas of fog in the forecast. Winds will be picking up, so hold onto your boards out there!

Moving on to Coastal Atlantic, surf heights are again around 2 to 3 feet with a moderate rip current risk. The water temperature is in the lower 50s, and there will be areas of dense fog later in the day. Keep an eye out for changing conditions and enjoy the mid-60s temperatures.

Lastly, at the Delaware Beaches, surf heights are 2 to 3 feet with a moderate rip current risk and a very high UV index today. Expect mostly sunny skies and areas of fog, with high temperatures in the upper 60s. It's going to be a beautiful day for hitting the waves!
