Hey there Surfers and Beachgoers! Time to catch some waves and soak up the sun with your New Jersey and Delaware surf zone forecast brought to you by the National Weather Service at Mount Holly, NJ.

**Today** in the Eastern Monmouth area, we're looking at a moderate risk of rip currents, with surf heights between 2 to 3 feet. So watch out for those currents while catching those waves. There's a chance of thunderstorms rolling in, along with some patchy fog. With a high temperature in the lower 80s, it's mostly cloudy out there. Perfect weather for a day by the beach!

And for *Saturday*, things are looking quite similar with a moderate rip current risk and the surf height maintaining at 2 to 3 feet. So, keep an eye out. It's mostly cloudy with a chance of showers and thunderstorms, making for an interesting day out on the water.

Over in Coastal Ocean, including the beautiful Long Beach Island, we're seeing a similar trend with a moderate rip current risk. Surf height around 2 to 3 feet and a high temperature around 80. Patchy fog and partly sunny skies make for a lovely beach day today and tomorrow.

Sunny skies and South winds around 15 mph are in store for you folks hitting the Coastal Atlantic in Atlantic City. Partly sunny days with a moderate rip current risk. Surf's up at 2 to 3 feet, so make the most of your time in the water while staying safe.

Lastly, but definitely not least, in the Atlantic Coastal Cape May area, you're in for mostly sunny skies, low thunderstorm potential, and a moderate rip current risk. A perfect time to hit the beach with surf heights between 2 to 3 feet.

And to our surf buddies in Delaware at Rehoboth Beach, you've got some mellow waves coming your way with a low rip current risk. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the sun as the surf heights stay between 1 to 2 feet. Highs in the mid-80s mean it's a great opportunity for some fun in the water!
