Starting off with Eastern Monmouth in New Jersey, we've got a moderate rip current risk today with surf heights ranging from 2 to 3 feet. The weather looks promising with partly sunny skies early on and turning to full-on sunshine later. High temps in the mid 70s with a breeze coming from the Northwest at around 15 miles per hour.

Now, let's cruise over to Coastal Ocean including the beaches of Long Beach Island. A similar setup here - moderate rip current risk, 2 to 3 feet surf heights, and mostly sunny skies. Watch out for those Northwest winds at 10 to 15 miles per hour.
